포지션: General Affairs Assistant (Entry Level)

근무지역: 테일러(Taylor), TX

고용형태: 정규직(Full -time) / 사무실 근무(On-site)

근무시간: 월 - 금, 7 AM – 4:30 PM (점심시간 90분)

  • 주요 업무

·         일반 문서 정리/파일링, 비품 및 장비 관리 등 사무 관리 전반에 대해 창구 역할 수행

·         사무실 및 관련 부서에 대한 행정 지원 업무 

·         사무실 공간 및 시설의 안전, 청결, 유지 관리 등 제반시설 관리 담당

·         회사 자산 및 사무용 비품의 재고 현황 관리

·         필요 시 인사(HR) 관련 정책 및 절차 업데이트 및 시행 지원

·         문서 관리, 파일링, 데이터 입력 등 기본적인 사무 관리 업무 수행

·         사무실 운영에 필요한 외부업체 및 서비스 제공업체와의 협력

·         사내 행사, 회의, 출장 일정 지원 및 회사 커뮤니케이션 지원

·         기타 지정된 업무 수행

 

  • 자격 요건

·         학사 학위 이상 필수

·         신입 지원 가능 (사무 관리 또는 관련 분야 경험 우대)

·         Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) 활용 능력 필수

·         영어와 한국어로 의사소통 및 문서 작성 필수

·         체계적인 업무 처리 능력, 멀티테스킹 능력, 및 꼼꼼함

·         적극적인 문제 해결 능력, 유연한 태도, 주어진 새로운 업무에 대한 즉각적 수행 능력

·         자발적이고, 조직적이며, 강한 책임감 보유

**Job Summary

We are looking for an Entry-Level General Affairs Assistant who will work closely with the General Affairs and Administration team and support the daily administrative tasks of the office team.

 

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for general office management tasks, including filing, supplies, and equipment.

  • Provide administrative support to the office and related teams

  • Routinely take care of facility management ensuring safety, cleanliness, and proper upkeep of office areas

  • Maintain up-to-date inventory of all company assets and office supplies

  • Update and implement all necessary policies and procedures related to Human Resources as requested

  • Handle basic document management, filing, and data entry and maintain records of office assets, equipment, and inventory

  • Liaise with vendors and service providers for routine office needs

  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and travel arrangements and support company communications

  • Assist with other duties as assigned

 

**Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required

  • No prior experience is required, but experience in office management or related field is preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Bilingual in English and Korean with excellent written and oral skills

  • Strong organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and attention to detail

 

  • Proactive problem-solver with adaptability and openness to learning and implementing any new tasks or cross-functional tasks

  • Self-motivated, Organized with strong work ethic

  • Handle high pressure and fast-paced operations as needed
